This is an online Kung Fu Course in which you can learn authentic traditional Kung Fu within your own time and comfort. You will be working on coordination, flexibility, stamina, correct breathing and perseverance. The good news is that there’s no level required! We will start you from the bottom up. We have a guideline for training and the amount of training that you need to do, but it is really up to you to intensify your training or not. The full Kung Course 1 has 19 videos which you can learn from and it covers all that you need to be able to pass a yellow sash testing. The intention of this course is to get you started with Kung Fu and for you to feel the instant benefits from it. An instant sense of Zen. A sense of control over your body. A way to deal with stress. A constant evolving to a better you! I can’t wait for you to get started!

What do you need to get started?

The setup can be really simple! A place where you can train, but this can also be your living room. You don’t need much space. It’s advised to put on some workout clothes but even that isn’t necessary. Ideally you’d just grab a video, press play and follow along! You will notice that you might need a broomstick or a Swiffer stick and also a yard stick or something that’s as long as an umbrella. You might want to have a bottle of water and towel ready. Other than that, you are good to go so let’s get into it!
